I led the end-to-end design of Klik Hadeer, an HRIS SaaS platform that digitizes attendance, leave, overtime, payroll, and workforce management. As the designer, I designed the employee mobile app, HR admin dashboard, marketing website, design system, and custom icon library from concept to launch, creating a unified experience for employees, HR teams, and business owners.

As the designer, I designed the employee mobile app, HR admin dashboard, marketing website, design system, and custom icon library from concept to launch, creating a unified experience for employees, HR teams, and business owners.

The Challenge
Many growing businesses still relied on fragmented HR processes, forcing employees and HR teams to switch between spreadsheets, messaging apps, and manual approvals. Klik Hadeer was created to centralize workforce management into a single SaaS platform that simplifies daily operations while supporting Indonesian payroll and compliance requirements.
Employee Mobile Experience
Since attendance is the first interaction employees make every workday, I redesigned the mobile experience to make clock-in, leave requests, payroll access, and overtime submission accessible within a few taps. By centralizing high-frequency HR tasks into a single self-service platform, the product reduced reliance on manual HR processes while creating a habit-forming daily experience.
Custom Icon Library
Designed for quick recognition
Rather than focusing on visual decoration, the icon library prioritizes recognizability and clarity. Simple metaphors, rounded geometry, and consistent proportions help employees quickly identify high-frequency HR actions while reducing cognitive load across the product.
HR Admin Dashboard
Managing HR operations requires balancing operational efficiency with compliance. I designed a centralized dashboard that helps HR teams oversee workforce management, attendance, approvals, and payroll while supporting Indonesia-specific payroll workflows such as PPh 21 (TER), BPJS, THR, reimbursements, payroll periods, and payslip management.
